Memorials / Light a Candle: Your loved ones candle will be lit 24/7

The candle we each light symbolizes the light that still shines in our hearts, the love that never fades away, and a beautiful spirit that carries on in each one of us. You may light a candle and write a memorial today, on birthdays, or any time you want to express yourself to your loved one.

Today, Andy & Jess, your mom, Leah, Grandma and I spent the afternoon together in remembrance of you passing away 5 years ago. Your mom made a comment to me about where we were on this day then and where we are now. I thought to myself...your life has brought so much meaning; not only to our family, but to so many people now that you didn't even know.

Your mom helps people through her own experiences; and may not even realize how much she does. Grandpa and grandma host a support group to help others. I make memorial quilts honoring a loved ones life for other families. You brought gifts to our family and are now bringing hope to others.

"Only people who are capable of loving strongly can also suffer great sorrow, but the same necessity of loving serves to counteract their grief and heals them" Leo Tolstoy (1829-1910)

We love you and miss you so very much Chris!

Good morning Chris. What a beautiful day. 5 years have already passed. It's so hard to believe. It's going to be 50 today and it's the middle of January. As we celebrate your life today, I remember how you loved to eat coconut. Whenever I see coconut at the store, I always think of you. Thank you for that memory. I love you so much and miss you. You are in my heart always.

I'm lighting this candle in loving memory of my beautiful nephew and Godson, Chase. Not a day goes by that I don't think of him and grieve for him. "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you asthe world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." John 14:27
